About the role
ClickPost provides post-purchase logistics intelligence, including shipment tracking, returns, and AI-driven delivery support. You will build and scale its centralized Voice AI platform, integrating real-time conversational systems across channels.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the centralized Voice AI platform
- Develop backend services for real-time voice conversations
- Integrate LLMs, speech technologies, and telephony systems
- Create reusable infrastructure for prompts, workflows, and tools
- Develop conversation quality monitoring, analytics, testing, and evaluation systems
- Optimize latency, reliability, cost, and conversation quality
