About the role

Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT markets. You will lead analog and mixed-signal design verification, build verification environments, and mentor and coordinate the verification team.

What you'll do

Lead analog and mixed-signal verification for complex integrated circuits
Develop verification strategies, plans, tests, coverage, and checkers
Build reusable verification environments and testbench structures
Debug RTL and coordinate verification with design and validation teams
Mentor engineers, delegate project tasks, and support team development
Drive improvements in verification methods and team practices
