About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. This manager will lead analog IC design and development, guide engineers, and take power-management chips from design through production.
What you'll do
- Design and own complex analog circuit blocks and switching converters
- Define block specifications, error budgets and control-loop compensation
- Work with layout teams from floor planning through chip-top verification
- Set up design flows, methodologies and quality reviews
- Mentor engineers and lead IC development through silicon production
