About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, cloud, and IoT applications, including power and analog ICs. You will own complex analog and power IC layout from floor planning through physical verification and tape-out readiness.
What you'll do
- Own floor planning and physical implementation for analog, power, and mixed-signal blocks
- Apply layout techniques for matching, parasitic reduction, isolation, routing, and reliability
- Review physical verification results and support post-layout simulation closure
- Develop automation and reusable layout methodologies
- Lead layout reviews and mentor engineers
