Senior Staff/Principal Engineer, AMS Verification (Power & Analog ICs)

Renesas develops semiconductor products, including power and analog ICs, for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT applications. You will own verification strategy, environments, execution, and sign-off for digital functions in power, analog, and mixed-signal ICs.

• Own block-level and full-chip digital verification strategy
• Develop verification plans, environments, testbenches, and coverage models
• Run regressions and drive debug, triage, and closure
• Verify digital behavior across power, fault, test, and analog-interaction scenarios
• Support DFT, gate-level, post-layout verification, and silicon bring-up
• Mentor engineers and drive reusable verification methodology
