About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT markets. This engineer will lead product characterization, qualification, release, and sustaining while improving yield, reliability, and product quality.
What you'll do
- Lead semiconductor product activities from silicon bring-up through production sustaining
- Define and execute product qualification and reliability stress plans
- Analyze yield, parametric, characterization, and reliability data
- Resolve complex product, test, manufacturing, and customer issues
- Improve yield, test efficiency, product performance, and quality
- Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional technical decisions
