What you'll do
- Configure o9 platform enhancements to address supply chain planning problems
- Resolve customer issues and validate data loads and end-to-end workflows
- Identify setup design issues and coordinate fixes with other consultants
- Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases
- Support training for super users and end users
- Share customer feedback with development and operations teams
