Senior System Engineer

• Provide L2/L3 support for servers, networks, cloud services and end-user technology
• Administer infrastructure, network equipment and Microsoft Azure resources
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, licenses and security settings
• Handle endpoint provisioning, software deployment and patch management
• Support incident response, root-cause analysis and IT service requests
• Assist with security controls, audit evidence, monitoring and operational reporting
