Senior Systems Engineer - Battery Storage Product Development

Fluence delivers energy storage and optimization software and services for renewable energy and power grids. You will lead systems engineering for energy storage products, defining requirements, assessing safety and risks, and coordinating verification and testing.

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams designing MW-scale energy storage products
• Define product features and system-level technical requirements
• Assess product safety, failure modes, risks, and hazards
• Lead design trade-off studies across cost, performance, and maintainability
• Develop verification plans and system-level test cases
• Create product design documents, customer documentation, and user manuals
