About the role
Renesas provides semiconductor hardware and software for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, data-centre and smart-home applications. This engineer will develop and release production test solutions for semiconductor products from initial silicon through manufacturing and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Define production test strategies and manufacturing test flows
- Develop and validate ATE programs, methods, hardware and production patterns
- Lead first-silicon test bring-up, debugging and sample generation
- Release qualified test solutions and support OSAT manufacturing starts
- Optimize test time, coverage and production yield
- Investigate customer returns and improve test coverage
