About the role
Instawork connects hourly professionals with local businesses and supports robotics and AI data collection operations. The Shift Supervisor will manage Data Collectors, monitor productivity and quality, coordinate tasks and equipment, and submit shift reports.
What you'll do
- Oversee Data Collector shift operations at the assigned location
- Monitor productivity and quality targets in real time
- Coordinate task lists and demo recording submissions
- Flag quality issues to the Trainer and Team Lead
- Track attendance, productivity, and inventory
- Submit shift and inventory reports
