About the role
Neuron7.ai provides AI-powered service resolution intelligence for enterprise field service operations. You will architect Salesforce Field Service solutions and integrate them with AI systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
What you'll do
- Design Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions
- Architect field service workflows for scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and assets
- Integrate Salesforce with LLM, RAG, and NLP platforms
- Build API and middleware integrations using event-driven architectures
- Define AI guardrails and governance practices
- Lead customer discovery workshops and solution demonstrations
