About the role
JLL provides real estate and project development services to clients. You will manage MEP requirements and delivery across project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
What you'll do
- Manage MEP planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and expected outcomes
- Coordinate contractor and supplier tenders and procurement
- Monitor project resources and budgets
- Identify MEP risks and report them to the Project Manager
- Manage site activities, inspections, contractors, and change orders
