About the role

What you'll do
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday
- Maintain contingent worker data and prepare mass uploads
- Support payroll reconciliation and statutory compliance
- Resolve HR queries and escalations
- Monitor transaction service levels and data quality
- Support Workday testing and continuous improvement projects
