Sr Associate - Transaction Services

Riveron provides financial advisory services across the mergers and acquisitions transaction lifecycle. The associate will analyze transaction-related financial issues, prepare due diligence analyses and client deliverables, and support project teams.

• Analyze financial, operational, and tax issues in M&A transactions
• Prepare quality of earnings and working capital analyses
• Participate in executive interviews with target companies
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Coordinate project workstreams and deadlines
• Coach and guide junior team members
