About the role
Dentsu Global Services supports application platforms and Workday integration systems. The analyst will develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, reports, and related security configurations.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Workday inbound and outbound integrations
- Test, deploy, and support integrations across the software development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot production interfaces and implement integration enhancements
- Develop Workday reports and complex calculated fields
- Configure integration security, certificates, encryption, and access
- Maintain technical documentation for integration solutions and operations
