About the role
Elanco develops products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets. The engineer will support enterprise applications and cloud operations, resolve technical and security issues, and improve reporting, reliability, and technology costs.
What you'll do
- Provide operational support for assigned EKS applications and services
- Investigate technical issues across applications, cloud platforms, databases, and analytics
- Coordinate incident, change, and problem management processes
- Assess security alerts and drive risk remediation actions to closure
- Lead cloud, infrastructure, DataOps, and cost optimization initiatives
- Develop operational and technology reports using Power BI
