Sr Specialist, Global Payroll

Couchbase provides an operational data platform for enterprise applications, analytics, and AI workloads. This specialist will process global payroll, maintain compliance and controls, and support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements.

• Process payroll wages, taxes, deductions, bonuses, and garnishments across assigned countries
• Review payroll registers and reports, and coordinate payroll funding with Accounting
• Run off-cycle payrolls and complete year-end payroll reporting
• Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with account reconciliations
• Improve payroll processes and maintain procedures and internal controls
