About the role
Couchbase provides a cloud database platform for operational, analytical, mobile, and AI workloads. The Solutions Architect guides customer engagements, designs and deploys database architectures, troubleshoots technical challenges, and shares implementation best practices.
What you'll do
- Guide customer architecture reviews, sizing, tuning, and deployment planning
- Troubleshoot technical challenges from design through production operations
- Help customers implement AI solutions and data platforming practices
- Support installation, deployment, and operational best practices
- Develop technical collateral such as reference architectures and guides
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams on escalations and account growth
