About the role
Renesas develops embedded semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT markets. This engineer will design and deliver analog and mixed-signal IP for power products, lead development through production, and guide a small engineering team.
What you'll do
- Architect and deliver transistor-level analog and mixed-signal IP
- Optimize circuit designs for performance, power, area, yield, and reliability
- Lead IP development from architecture through validation and production support
- Collaborate with layout engineers on integration and parasitic-aware design
- Develop simulation methods and analog design quality processes
- Mentor engineers and lead a small team
