• Lead hardware architecture and implementation for motor control platforms
• Own hardware development from concept through qualification and production readiness
• Integrate hardware with firmware, software, systems, and validation teams
• Support regulatory compliance and global market access readiness
• Develop reference designs, platforms, and solution materials
• Mentor engineers and promote hardware design best practices
