About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT applications. This engineer will support customers with power-system designs, validation, debugging, reference designs, and technical guidance.
What you'll do
- Lead customer design-in, bring-up, and debugging for power applications
- Develop reference designs, evaluation platforms, and application demonstrators
- Review schematics, select components, and recommend PCB layout practices
- Define validation plans and characterize power-system performance
- Investigate field failures and root causes
- Mentor applications engineers and establish team debug practices
