About the role
Zillow is a real estate platform that helps people buy, sell, finance and rent homes. You will build and operate Workday integrations, applications and AI-enabled connectors while improving platform reliability and engineering practices.
What you'll do
- Lead complex integrations and application initiatives across Workday and enterprise systems
- Build integrations, services and Extend applications using Workday tools and APIs
- Design MCP servers and connectors that expose Workday capabilities to AI agents
- Set observability standards and resolve high-severity production incidents
- Coordinate project deliverables, estimates, designs and reviews
- Mentor engineers and establish team practices for AI-assisted development
