About the role
Quince sells quality essentials through a manufacturer-to-consumer retail model supported by operational technology and analytics. You will lead development and production deployment of optimization systems for supply chain decisions.
What you'll do
- Own optimization workstreams across routing, transportation, inventory, and purchase order allocation
- Formulate operational challenges as measurable optimization problems
- Select and apply suitable optimization methodologies
- Productionize and improve optimization models using operational feedback
- Establish scientific standards for experimentation and model validation
- Set technical direction for the India-based Operations Research team
