About the role
Micron develops memory and storage products, including enterprise and datacenter SSDs. This engineer will plan and automate firmware validation, debug protocol issues, and work with product teams to resolve defects.
What you'll do
- Define validation plans and test cases for SSD firmware
- Develop test scripts and integrate them into automated test environments
- Debug NVMe protocol issues and validate firmware fixes
- Review and track test results, defects, and validation status
- Coordinate validation plans with firmware and product development teams
