Staff Engineer, Physical Design

SiFive develops RISC-V processor platforms for applications including AI, automotive, and data centers. You will implement physical design for IP and subsystems, optimize PPA, and collaborate with RTL and architecture teams.

• Drive synthesis, floorplanning, place and route, and signoff for IP blocks
• Identify physical bottlenecks and co-optimize RTL and architecture
• Optimize power, performance, and area across different design classes
• Contribute to implementation flows, methodology, and automation
• Mentor junior engineers and champion physical design best practices
