Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance

• Coordinate reliability qualification, test schedules and data analysis
• Drive failure analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers
• Investigate reliability issues and identify root causes
• Assess quality risks and drive mitigation with cross-functional teams
