About the role
Observe.AI provides AI agents for customer experience operations, including customer conversations and frontline support. This engineer will design and implement cloud, network, and infrastructure security, lead security architecture, and support audits and incident response.
What you'll do
- Develop infrastructure security policies, reference architectures, and strategic roadmaps
- Design secure AWS infrastructure, networks, access, and production environments
- Implement identity, access, firewall, and other infrastructure security controls
- Integrate security tools such as SIEM and cloud workload protection
- Review infrastructure changes and represent security in compliance audits
- Mentor junior infrastructure security professionals
