About the role
Observe.AI provides AI agents for customer experience, including customer service and frontline operations. You will design, integrate, test, and deploy voice and chat AI agents for customers.
What you'll do
- Design prompts and configure workflows for AI agents
- Integrate customer systems through APIs and manage data flows
- Configure telephony routing and troubleshoot call quality
- Test agents, monitor performance, and refine solutions
- Lead customer demos and guide deployments from design to production
