About the role
Conviva provides real-time experience analytics for AI agents, apps, and streaming services. The Staff Security Operations Engineer will lead threat detection, incident response, security automation, and cloud security efforts.
What you'll do
- Monitor and improve security operations across cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Tune SIEM and SOAR detections, dashboards, and response playbooks
- Lead high-severity incident containment, recovery, and forensic investigations
- Integrate security controls and monitoring into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Design security policies for networks, identities, containers, and SaaS applications
- Guide SOC analysts and report operational metrics to senior leadership
