About the role
Conviva provides experience analytics for AI agents, apps and streaming services. The recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles and build sourcing and evaluation processes.
What you'll do
- Manage technical recruiting from role intake through candidate close
- Source hard-to-find engineering, AI/ML and technical product candidates
- Partner with engineering leaders to anticipate hiring needs
- Create sourcing playbooks, candidate scorecards and market maps
- Build scalable recruiting processes, tools and practices
