Staff/Senior Engineer- Mask Design (Analog Layout)

Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. The engineer will design analog IC layouts, integrate die-level components and guide a small group of engineers.

• Design analog layouts from circuit blocks through full-chip implementation
• Floorplan analog circuits and apply layout matching techniques
• Integrate digital, analog, PowerFET, ESD, I/O and PAD components
• Design for electromigration and reliability requirements
• Mentor new graduates and manage a small group of engineers
