About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, cloud, and IoT applications, including power and analog ICs. You will architect and design analog and power-management circuits, drive their verification and silicon execution, and mentor engineers as a senior individual contributor.
What you'll do
- Define architectures for analog and power-management IP
- Design switching converters, LDOs, charge pumps, and other analog blocks
- Translate chip requirements into circuit specifications and verification plans
- Drive simulation, silicon validation, debug, and production readiness
- Collaborate with layout teams on physical implementation and sign-off
- Establish design methodology and mentor engineers
