Staff Software Engineer - AI Engineer

Tekion provides a cloud-native platform connecting automotive retailers, manufacturers, partners and consumers. You will build and operate AI and ML platform systems, including LLM gateways, agent runtimes, retrieval, and model operations.

• Build an LLM gateway with routing, quotas, failover and cost tracking
• Ship APIs and SDKs with observability, caching and structured outputs
• Implement agent runtimes, orchestration and retrieval systems
• Build training, scoring, monitoring and deployment components for ML models
• Evolve dealership domain graphs and data ingestion pipelines
• Define evaluations, safety controls and platform reliability standards
