About the role
Renesas provides semiconductor hardware and software for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, data-centre and smart-home applications. This engineer will lead production test strategy, ATE development, hardware validation and manufacturing release for semiconductor products.
What you'll do
- Define production test strategy and manufacturing test flows
- Develop and review ATE test programs and methods
- Lead test hardware development and first-silicon bring-up
- Validate and release test solutions for production
- Optimize test time and production yield
- Investigate customer returns and address test coverage gaps
