About the role
Signzy provides an AI-powered automation platform and financial services APIs to financial institutions. This engineer deploys and operates the platform across client environments, manages incidents, and automates infrastructure and operational work.
What you'll do
- Deploy Signzy's platform across client cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Serve as the technical contact for clients during deployment and operations
- Triage incidents, drive resolution, and document root causes and preventive actions
- Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Monitor and optimize system reliability, performance, and cost
- Troubleshoot production issues and automate repetitive operational processes
