What you'll do
- Oversee multiple client-facing projects from initiation through completion
- Manage client expectations and address concerns throughout delivery
- Allocate resources and coordinate cross-functional teams around milestones
- Identify project risks and work with teams to resolve them
- Improve delivery workflows, standards, and client outcomes
- Report project progress and maintain accurate documentation
