About the role
Egis provides consulting, engineering, construction and operations services across transport, energy and the built environment. This role sources and engages candidates for UK and Ireland recruitment needs and builds talent pipelines and market intelligence.
What you'll do
- Source candidates across UK and Ireland business lines
- Build candidate longlists, market maps and talent pools
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Maintain candidate records and sourcing activity in recruitment systems
- Track sourcing results and provide market insights to talent acquisition partners
