About the role
FloBiz develops myBillBook, a billing, accounting, and inventory platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit across technical and non-technical functions, building talent pipelines and managing candidates through onboarding.
What you'll do
- Define hiring needs and interview strategies with hiring managers
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates across functions
- Build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, and outreach
- Maintain candidate databases, dashboards, and hiring trackers
- Support offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-onboarding
