Customer Support Associate_Voice Process

Valorem provides the myBillBook business product for billing, accounting, inventory and related workflows. The associate will handle inbound customer calls and resolve product, billing and accounting questions.

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance
• Resolve billing, invoicing, inventory, GST and accounting queries
• Guide customers through myBillBook features and workflows
• Document customer interactions and follow-ups in support systems
• Escalate complex issues and follow pending cases to closure
