About the role
UptimeAI provides AI reasoning agents that help industrial operations teams make real-time decisions. The Technical Consultant leads customer discovery, implementation, adoption, and value realization across the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and growth
- Run discovery sessions and gather operational and technical requirements
- Translate customer needs into structured inputs for implementation teams
- Identify risks and blockers and drive time-to-value
- Lead executive steering committees and customer value discussions
- Escalate technical questions and identify optimization opportunities
