About the role
UptimeAI provides AI-powered remote monitoring and reliability insights for Oil & Gas equipment. You will investigate asset alerts, support customer teams, and track operational value from monitoring.
What you'll do
- Monitor Oil & Gas assets and rotating equipment remotely
- Triage AI-generated alerts and recommend next steps
- Validate alerts with customer teams and record outcomes
- Monitor model performance and identify tuning opportunities
- Analyze equipment behavior and support root-cause analysis
- Track customer value, including downtime avoidance and equipment availability
