About the role
UptimeAI provides AI agents that help industrial operations teams make real-time decisions and improve reliability and performance. The Solutions Engineer will translate customer challenges into technical solutions, demonstrate the platform, and support solution design for process industries.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery meetings and demonstrate the platform
- Run technical proof-of-value engagements for customers and prospects
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions
- Gather requirements and perform gap analysis
- Support solution design and architecture reviews
- Travel to meet customers and prospects in person
