About the role
Glean provides an enterprise Work AI platform with search, an AI assistant, and AI agents on a secure, open platform. This program manager will coordinate cloud and AI efficiency initiatives, verify savings, and build cost attribution, observability, and automation.
What you'll do
- Maintain a prioritized portfolio of cloud and AI cost initiatives
- Verify realized savings and identify cost regressions
- Build per-service, team, customer, and feature cost attribution
- Oversee LLM provider spending, procurement, and commitment sizing
- Govern internal AI tooling spend with quotas and value assessments
- Develop cost observability, anomaly detection, alerting, and automation
