About the role
Eka Agents is a conversational AI platform for healthcare, serving enterprise use cases across voice, chat, and WhatsApp. The Technical Program Manager will deliver multiple enterprise programs and connect customer needs, product capabilities, engineering work, and commercial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Run 5–6 enterprise programs from solutioning through delivery
- Define project success criteria, timelines, milestones, scope, and burn
- Write prompts, run evaluations, test APIs, and review logs and metrics
- Translate customer needs into engineering-ready specifications
- Capture and triage customer feedback, then close the loop with customers
- Manage delivery outcomes that support renewals, upsell, and margin
