• Lead technical discovery and qualify prospective customer requirements
• Translate customer needs into solution designs and product mappings
• Run customer workshops, demos, and architecture discussions
• Validate technical use cases, integrations, and implementation approaches
• Support RFP responses, security reviews, and technical objections
• Create reusable solution assets, playbooks, and standard patterns
