• Qualify leads and move suitable prospects through the sales funnel
• Contact potential customers through calls, email, chat and social media
• Arrange meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to salespeople
• Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers
• Update CRM activity and contact records and support weekly reporting
• Test outreach touchpoints and share targeting and messaging feedback with Marketing
