About the role
Solventum develops healthcare solutions, and this position supports its Health Information Systems business. The analyst will resolve enterprise application incidents, provide customer support, and contribute to product rollouts and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Provide enterprise product support to clients by phone and email
- Resolve incidents within SLA timelines with internal and external teams
- Document resolution activities and communications in support tickets
- Track issue status and follow up on escalated incidents
- Support product rollouts, releases, testing, and operational improvement projects
- Contribute to the support knowledge base
