About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, systems, digital solutions, and services for freight and transit rail. You will configure and support Workday Core HCM, translating HR requirements into system solutions and supporting testing, security, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into configurations
- Support unit, system, and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot configuration defects and access issues
- Evaluate Workday releases and identify process improvements
