About the role
Paytm’s Collections team manages overdue accounts, recovery performance, collection partners, and compliance across assigned territories. The Zonal Collection Manager leads collection teams and agencies, drives recovery targets, and oversees compliance and operational risks.
What you'll do
- Drive zonal collection targets across products, branches, and delinquency buckets
- Develop strategies to improve recovery rates and control delinquencies
- Lead regional managers, branch teams, field executives, and collection agencies
- Review collection MIS and portfolio performance, then take corrective action
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and the Code of Conduct
- Manage escalations, resource allocation, and performance reviews across the zone
